It is a value service product. Travel insurance covers the member and their immediate family including their parents, in-laws and other immediate family in South Africa under a selected benefit structure. Should a family member nominated on the product pass away the benefit is paid out to a concierge service provider to pay for emergency travel costs and or accommodation and other expenses incurred to visit and support the family. This concierge travel insurance, includes arranging flights, accommodation, car rental and any other travel arrangements required for a nominated family member to travel anywhere in South Africa to attend the family member’s funeral.

What makes it different? The member and their family do not have the stress and costs of all the travel arrangements in their time of grief.
