Meet our Team
Marieta Pretorius
Marieta Pretorius is the key individual of the company and has an
Honours degree in Communications, a higher diploma in Business Management as well as Regulatory Examination 1 (RE1) and Regulatory Examination 5 (RE5). Industry experience is since 2011.
Freek Pretorius
Freek Pretorius joined as Operations Director October 2018, his industry experience of more than 30 years is contributing significantly to the focus of Exodec’s vision going forward.
Funeral Administration Solution
Exodec offers a funeral administration solution to clients who does not have their own FSP licence or to schemes that use the Exodec Products as part of enhancing their own portfolio’s. Exodec also assists in the setup of a funeral administration solution for companies who manage their own funeral portfolio. Exodec has a Cloud Server based programme that is used to manage all data and compliance.
Administrative duties and services consists of:
Compiling of underwriting member data file (schedule)
Handling of all claims arising from policies within all products
Member management
Reconciliation of monthly payments
Compliance assistance and monitoring
Assisting in setting up of an online system as required
Features & Benefits
Client systems are hosted on this Cloud Server with built in back up facilities as well as additional back-ups on the actual system.
The system is a complete product administration solution where member data is captured, claims history are recorded, payments are recorded and financial reports can be drawn from the system.
There is even a basic payroll option built in.
Integrations include: EasyPay, Pay@, ByteMoney, Netcash, Nupay.
